Thank you. We sure love our house…We have been referring many people your way, we have shown our house to about 7 couples…We thank you again for your help.

So far, everything has been going quite well…Cabinets are coming Monday and the mill work guy is scheduled for Tuesday. All of our friends are impressed with how quickly it has come along…

I can’t tell you how happy and thrilled I am with the home so far…I was a little apprehensive with the process at first because of the responsibilities the homeowner takes on, but I am so glad that I chose to go through with it…It has been a pleasure to work with such a great team….I tell everyone that you are building my home and what a positive experience it has been.

I just wanted to thank you for all the help Reality Homes…has shown us. We are truly blessed to have found this opportunity, not only to own our own home but to get something that we truly wanted…I bought for the extra garage, my wife bought for the square footage and we both won.

My wife and I…had our home completed last year and earlier today I received a phone call from…Bank asking all about you guy’s. I gave your company and your associates such high recommendation that the little girl on the other end accused me of working for you! Lol…Oh and also I want to thank you for the great service your team gave us, we love this house you all did a fine job for us.

We are just a few weeks from moving into our Reality Home and I’m pleased to say it’s been a good process…Our subs have been great. Quality of construction is good…Reality staff have been 100% excellent…

I am Happy to tell you my parents are very happy with the finished product. It is the first new house they ever had and they have been married for 60 years. Once again thank you Reality Homes for the wonderful new house my parents now call home.


Our Homebuilding experience is now complete! I want to take time to thank all the staff at Reality homes for all their support and help. Everything is going well Teri and I are very happy, all the contractors, suppliers, delivery people, and Brian our superintendent are great to work with, I have pointed out a few things to Brian (small things) and he has taken care of them. We are actually considering another home on an adjoining lot, I'm in contact with my bank now on a new loan for the next one. Thank you for everything


We are just writing to thank Reality Homes for the great job thus far on our home in Banks, Oregon.
Dan has done a wonderful job and is very responsive to our questions and concerns. All of the contractors have been friendly and very easy to work with.

Several times during the construction process we wanted to stop in and thank the crews personally, however, to our amazement, the work had already been completed and the crews had moved to their next projects. Considering the inclement weather we have experienced lately, we are extremely pleased with the tempo which this project is progressing and it looks like we are still going to finish on time.

The process of having our home built is going extremely easier than we thought it would be. The construction department has been on top of its game and everyone we deal with has been very helpful.

We have built two homes using Reality Homes.

We chose Reality Homes as an economical means towards building a stick built home for a very reasonable price per square foot. The concept of Reality Homes is unique in that it relies on the homeowner to actually help in certain phases of the project.

For the savings we made, we were certainly happy to work on our homes. Reality has a warranty on all of their homes of which they stand by.

What more could we ask for? We are very pleased with our homes and proud to call them our own, especially knowing we helped to build them.


We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and especially the superintendent that is working closely with us to build our house.

He has extended his wisdom and expertise in helping us to achieve the building of our dream home. He has attended to every one of our needs and concerns (no matter how small), provided solutions, and has been diligent in all of his actions. His honesty surpasses a lot of people we have encountered in this endeavor.

We appreciate him and would prefer him as our superintendent if we decide to build another home. There is a certain amount of integrity that we demand from the people that we know and he has it. He is a valuable asset to your organization.
